Love County is a county in the Ibican state of West Monroe. As of the 2020 census, the population of the county was 686,842. The county seat is Brookfield, and the largest city is Granville. Love County is included in the Greater Willmington metropolitan statistical area.
The Urban area of the county makes a line down SH 106, sandwiched between the Apple River NWR and the Liberty River NWR.
Geography
According to the Ibican Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,609 square miles (4,170 km2), of which 1,358 square miles (3,520 km2) are land and 251 square miles (650 km2) (16%) are covered by water.
