The Lower-House of Xzavaria is tasked with the job of punishing high ranking members, from City Mayor to Supreme Leader. The Lower-House has the same problem as the Upper-House, they get bribed quite often, making them some of the richest government officials throughout Xzavaria.
The Lower-House Consist of 7 Members whom have little-to-no power when it comes to keeping others in check. Besides that they are just as useless as many other Xzvarian Governing Seats.
