Madeline Carminho Silvia Arpino (nee Rostio), known professionally as Madeline Jeannette, is a Vitosian actress, model and singer, who was famous for playing "blonde bombshell" characters. Jeannette became one of the most popular sex symbols of the 1940s, 50s and early 60s. She was a top-billed actress for eighteen years. "Jeannette" came from her mother, Donna-Jean Rostio, who she respected a lot.

As her career began to suffer in the late 60s, 1971's "Psychopath", as directed by Cezario Fontes, led her back to stardom. She would retire in 1980, at the age of 60, only to suffer from acute kidney failure four years later.
