Malcolm Capitulus Kirchner served as the third Premiere of Gladysynthia from 1957-1964 after being elected from the province of Zeramoa. His policies were based on his belief in economic equality and the rights of free speech and freedom of assembly, as well as universal education first proposed by his predecessor. Prior to serving as Premiere, he was a very well-known business man and stock holder, as well as a graduate from the Business and Economics program at the University of Zeramoa. He also received a Law degree from the same university. After his term, he continued practicing law at his own private firm and stayed heavily involved in business and ethics until he retired in 1991. He passed away in Mönusÿnthys on December 8, 2003 at the age of 95. He was buried in his hometown of Boemyron, Zeramoa on December 15, 2003.
