Manchea, officially the Kingdom of Manchea, is a nation in north central Asia. It is bordered by Ozbek to the southwest and Turky to the south. It has a coast with the Gulf of Irtish to the west, the Krasnoyarsk Sea to the northwest, and the Toms Sea to the north.

Manchea has improved civil liberties in the last century improving gender equality, economic and political freedoms, labour laws, and HRC-FS human rights. The House of Sisowath has been well liked and respected by the populace, however the monarchy has little power. Despite international criticism, members of the royal family, including the monarch, have been able to run in national elections since 2986. As of 3000, none have done so.

Manchea produces an immense amount of wind, solar, and nuclear power which is enough to provide energy to neighbouring countries regularly. Manchea is also a center of renewable energy research and has several subaquatic cities. Manchea has a reputation of neutrality which is and has been respected by every country, mostly due to financial and technological reasons.

Etymology

The name Manchea is formed from a combination of the words Myanmar and Kampuchea. Myanmar and Kampuchea were modern age southeast Asian countries, the populations of which migrated north to the present area a few hundred years after the End of the World. The origin of the name Myanmar is completely unknown, while Kampuchea means the "land of the descendents of Kambu," who is the legendary descendent of all the Chean people.
