Marvin Thomas Lucas Williams (7 May 1990) is a Concordian software engineer who is a civilian contractor for Group 7B2. He works in the Cybernetic Division, and he is also an avid fan of Galaxy Wars.

Marvin was born on 7 May 1990 in Pasadena, California.
He was denied at his dream school of the Hector Cochran California Institute of Technology, but was accepted into the Massachusetts Royal Institute of Science and Technology where he attained his B.S. in Software Engineering.
