The Minister-President of the Slavic Republic (Slavic: Министр-президент, romanized: Ministr-prezident) was the Slavic head of state and head of government from 1915 until 1938, though it was only officially abolished in 1940 when Nikifor Osipov proclaimed himself Vozhd of the Slavic Union.
The minister president wasn't elected by popular vote, but instead appointed to the presidency in 6 year terms by the Slavic National Senate, who was elected by popular vote. Under the first Minister-President Avdei Sergeyev the system worked efficiently, but after his passing things grew corrupt, as would be Minister-President candidates had to promise favors such as money and positions in cabinet to senators in order to secure election.
