The Misarata family is a wealthy Naquese family originally from Giha that rose to prominence with Karasi Ki Misarata (1861–1923), who established his Naquese-Decembrian banking business in the 1890s, which later expanded into the very first international bank.
Today, the Misarata family is known for their control over various industries, including financial services, real estate, mining, energy and agriculture.
The Misarata family has frequently been the subject of conspiracy theories.
