Mohamed Bessaoud is the head of Polarussian military intelligence and is widely believed to be the most powerful man in Polarus.
Bessaoud was born on October 18, 1947, and joined the Imperial Exponential Army at the age of 18. Serving decades in the Imperial Army, Bessaoud worked his way through the rank of the Exponential Military Intelligence Service before joining the revolutionary Polarussian People's Liberation Army in 1991. As an officer in the PPLA, Bessaoud organized a number of protests and criminal actions against the Imperial regime.
Upon the independence of Polarus in 1996, Bessaoud was made the head of the newly established Polarussian military intelligence division - a post he has held ever since.
