The Monarchy of Autelia, also referred to as the Autelian Monarchy or the Autelian Crown is the consitutional monarchy of Autelia. The current monarch and head of state is Queen Marie-Agathe, who has reigned since 15 February 2015.

The Monarch and their immediate family undertake various public official, ceremonial, diplomatic and representational duties and engagements on behalf of the Autelian people. Some of the Monarch's ceremonial powers include the appointment of the Prime Minister, bestowing national honours, and holding command of the Royal Autelian Armed Forces.

The Monarchy was founded in 1743 by Charles, Duke of Cambron.
