Morgenroete Technologies Corporation (Japanese: モルゲンローテ テクノロジーズ株式会社, Morugenrōte tekunorojīzu kabushikigaisha) is a Kozakuran state-majority-owned defence corporation.
History
Morgenroete Technologies Corporation's history began with its predecessor, the National Defence Industries of Kozakura, which was established in 1954 by the Sakurada Shogunate as an ammunitions and defence manufacturer. Businesses related to aerospace and shipbuilding were formerly independent entities assets that were nationalised and put under the NDI umbrella.

A consolidated unit consisting of aviation asset management to commercial airlines, airfreight operators and military operators. It is also an airframe maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) company, with capabilities to provide in-house engineering design and development. It also provides the Kozakuran Defence Directorate the capability to further modify foreign-procured aircraft to comply with Kozakuran defence requirements such as the Next Generation Networked Sentinel Programme.
