Mouloud Fellah (December 7 1953 - February 17 2023) was a Salamati officer and loyalist to Jalil Al Kharrabi. He was the minister of the Interior from 1977 to 1989. After an argument with Al Kharrabi, he was expelled from his post and was forced to flee the country. In 1994, he returned to Salamat and ended his life there. He died of natural causes at 14:30 UTC (13:30 local) on Friday, February 17th 2023.
