Early life and education

He was born in 1966 ,in a relatively prosperous working-class neighbourhood in the City of Industry, the son of Muhammed Roman (also an executioner) and Aisha Roman. He attended primary school from 1971 to 1978 ,when he attended Ḳānūnī Sulṭān Süleymān High School. At the age of 12 he first stated in an essay that he wanted to be an Administrator of Justice. He did 4 B Levels (Mathematics, Turkish, Islamic Studies and Physics) before leaving school and enlisting in the Army as a porter in 1982.


Military service

He did various jobs in the Army being a porter from 1982-1983 and a driver from 1983 until he left in 1986 at the rank of Lance-Corporal. During this time he served in the Soviet-Afghan War and was a member of firing squads executing deserters, murderers and two war criminals.


Work as an Administrator of Justice

He undertook a one year apprenticeship with the Administrators of Justice Guild before becoming an Administrator of Justice himself in 1987. He became a guild master in the Administrators of Justice in 1992 and Chief Executioner of Madinat Al-Islam in 1997. He has executed 553 men, the majority of them rapists. His nephew Mehmet Ali Muhammed Roman is an Administrator of Justice whilst his brother Ali Muhammed Roman is Chief Executioner for the City of Industry and has a Nişan De Onur for his work.

Personal life

Muhammed Roman is a Muslim. He attends the mosque regularly and has never had affairs, as a result he is highly admired in Sharifistani society. He is married to Zeynep Roman and has four children (three daughters and a son).
