biography
Born in the small town of Kure Malnache in the Suiyuu of Este Pais, little is known of Nagrai Gorgon's early life. Police reports mention him at least once as part of a youth street gang. He also possibly sold drugs and knives to his schoolmates, maybe his first step in the NEC.
He became a full member of the NEC in 1985 and served as a street soldier, a bodyguard, and then as a hitman for the Cartel. He was arrested in 1989 as a suspect in the murders of two enforcers of the Lazarene Clique and a possible participant in the Chako Massacre of 1988, where eight "Cartel killers" vigilantes and their families were killed. He was found guilty of first-degree murder, condemned to a lifetime in jail, but his involvement in the Chako Massacre couldn't be proved.
He served his sentence in the Kuchiwaro High Security Prison. He founded the Undercoats gang as part of the Mountain Nations, the prison alliance affiliated to the North East Cartel. In prison, he was notably found guilty of murdering another inmate and was suspected of ordering two other hits against prisoners of rival affiliations. The suicide of Jallio Kuiripeska, ex-police officer and brother of Kallus Kuiripeska the founder of the Uarhipenuichi Cartel, in the same Kuchiwaro prison, is also often said to have been ordered by Nagrai Gorgon, but no substantial evidence ever confirmed this rumour.
Despite serving for a lifetime, Gorgon was released in 2009 for undisclosed reasons. He then returned to his hometown of Kure Malnache. It's probably the same year that he was promoted to the rank of Scythe and given his own Chapter of the NEC to command.
In 2014 he became the new Grand Commander. It is unclear if he was elected or appointed by his predecessor. He has maintained the NEC smuggling operations between Nameria and Karazawa, and periodically fought with various other cartels for the control of the Hiussapi Suiyuu and southern Este Pais.
