Nalia's Rebellion

Nalia's Rebellion (700-705 AoE) was a brief rebellion in The Dominion of House Arana during the reign of the Primarch Araden Arana-Durixaviinox and was the first conflict in the Dominion since the Crusade of the Five Sisters only a hundred years prior. The primary cause for the rebellion was the implementation of The Blood in the Council Of Skywatch in 601 AoE wherein only those who are direct decedents of the Arana line could qualify for Electors and thus Viceroyals of the Dominion.

Before the war, Nalia along with her five sisters had led a conquest of the continent against the various Demonic Warbands that had ruled Creation's Cradle for an estimated 1,000 Years. After this conquest a Council was called as the various daughters of the first Primarch Minanen Arana discussed on how best to rule the newly conquered territories. After a year of debate the newfound empire was be ruled by a central Primarch and elected by five Electors representing the various territories or Viceroyalities under Dominion control but only a member of The Blood was able to become a Viceroyal and thus this disqualified Nalia Arana-Forzaantirilys's child Camissa Arana from inheriting the title.

The rebellion first started in the Western Gaian Hills as Nalia tried to eliminate her sister Araden's army before the other four arrived and saw early successes at the Battle of Gloomfield in 701 AoE
