The National Pongipush League is a sporting league based in Pongi. It was founded in 1855 and hosts 16 teams across the country. It is known for tackling and free movement, and is an independent game made by natives and colonists. Using an oval ball, players score by diving or kicking into the goal hole at the end of the ground. It is revered for its intensity and explosiveness, while also one of the few locally made sports remaining popular. It has the highest season attendance figures from around the nation. The champion is decided via a top eight finals system, while the bottom 2 get relegated to the Districts Pongipush League, which houses ten teams, with the top 2 heading into the main league. The sport has made advances in Normark and Bentho, as immigrants spread the sport with them. These nations also host successful clubs, showing Pongipush's general versatility.

The reigning premiers are Monsvallis, who prevailed over the State in the 2022 season.
