Niscolen, (bw. Nyskolen, formerly called Benween City) officialy the Special City of Niscolen (bw. Visoledcivitil et Nyskolen) is the capital city of Benween.
It is located in the center-west of the country at an average altitude of 2,122 meters above sea level. It has a population of approximately 5 million people.
It is the largest urban center in the country and also its main political, economic, social, academic, financial, business, tourist, cultural, communications, entertainment and fashion center. It has been the scene of several of Benween's most important historical and media events.
