Noel Kreiss (17 January 1988) is a Lucian conservative politician currently serving as the Secretary of State for Defence after his appointment by Prime Minister Ignis Stupeo Scientia. As Defence Secretary, he emphasizes on the allocation of military funds, as well as overseeing a few operations and the manpower for each operation.
