Nordine Al Khasmi (February 27 1952 - June 15 1984) was a Salamati soldier, known for being the 1st leader and the founder of the People's Salamati Resistance Front, and for perpetrating the 1983 Salamati Coup d'Etat attempt against Jalil Al Kharrabi. In June 1984, he was captured by the Salamati secret services and executed publicly in a stadium of Dar Al Hamma on June 15 1984. His execution was televized.
