Implementation
Legislative Branch
For changes to the official seals of the Senate and the House of Representatives, as well as modifications to the national flag, the Arabin Congress plays a pivotal role. Any proposed alterations must be presented as a bill, subject to thorough debate and examination in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. A crucial feature of the Act is the stringent requirement for a 2/3 majority vote in both chambers, ensuring that the changes enjoy widespread support before becoming official. This consensus-driven approach underscores the Act's commitment to preserving the nation's identity through a collaborative process.
Executive Branch
The President of Arabi is bestowed with the authority to suggest changes to the official seal of the executive branch. This provision acknowledges the role of the President in representing the nation's leadership and administration. However, even in this case, the Act demands a 2/3 majority approval by the Arabin Congress, emphasizing the Act's overarching principle of consensus-driven decision-making.
Judicial Branch
The Act recognizes the significance of the judicial branch in upholding the rule of law and the nation's legal identity. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is empowered to propose changes to the judicial branch's official seal. Additionally, the Act requires that a simple majority of all justices currently serving on the Supreme Court support the proposed change. This careful calibration ensures that modifications to the judicial branch seal reflect the collective wisdom of the Court and maintain its solemnity and integrity.
