Provincial Route 39 (PR-39) is a provincial highway in the Vinalian province of Orlavo connecting the Rigalian Route 39 to Zamaran Route 39 in a span of 9.22 miles (14.84 km), through the urban core of Orlavo, the largest city in Vinalia. The highway was formed in 1999, and is among the most transited routes in Vinalia.

Route description
The route begins at the border between Orlavo and Rigalia provinces in Mostove, a suburb of Orlavo, as a two-lane undivided highway, with wide shoulders on each side. It continues until reaching Orlavo PR10 in Pryyemnyy Hay, where it grows into four lanes. It enters the urban core of Orlavo, reaching Orlavo Pr18 in Liberators Square. It continues until reaching Orlavo PR27 in Avenue of Sobich, where it grows into a six lane highway, and becomes elevated, continuing in such a way past a clover leaf junction with Orlavo PR46. PR39 crosses over Vinalian Interstate 1 at 104th street, among the most used junctions in Vinalia. It leaves the urban core and reaches Orlavo PR52 in the 133rd street, where it loses two lanes. It ends at the border between Orlavo and Zamara provinces in Kalabatyne a suburb of Orlavo, where it continues as a four lane road in Zamara Provincial Route 39.
