The overseas territories of Fratanica, also known as Fratanican Overseas Territories (FOTs), are dependent territories from Fratanica. They are self-governing states with historical and constitutional ties to Fratanica, where Fratanica is responsible for their national defense and foreign affairs.

Under the Fratanican Constitution, unlike federal subunits within Fratanica, the overseas territories follow a system of devolution under the Fratanican government, meaning that the central government can ultimately intervene and reverse governmental decisions made there.
