Paragon Sea (Zhenian: 파라곤 시) is a nautical theme park located in the northwestern coast of Shin Hyeondeok District, Daedo, Zhenia. With its first sections opened in 1991 and expanding incessantly since then, it is one of the largest theme parks in the nation. Operated wholly by Paragon Parks & Resorts since its opening in 1991, it is considered one of the three flagship theme parks of the Paragon Group, alongside Paragon World and Paragon City located in Dongdo and Shinhang respectively.
Constructed as a part of the Culture of Daedo 2000 project, Paragon Sea became the first of three phases of the project, with the remaining phases of the project, consisting of auxiliary shopping complexes and resorts, being completed in 1994 and 1996 respectively. Visited by around 21.1 million visitors as of 2019, it is the second-most visited theme park in the nation, second only to Paragon World.
