The Pardon Review Commission is an advisory council which is directly under the Office of the President of Fratanica. This 7-member council advises the President on individual clemency and pardon requests, and also receives such requests. The council is headed by a Chairman, currently Julia Lambrecht. Due to its advisory nature, the positions do not require National Assembly confirmation.
The council is made up of leading law experts and top lawyers, subject to appointment by the President of fratanica. The commission reviews a clemency request from a current prisoner, and then sends a recommendation to the President.
