Park Young-sik (June 18, 1915 – October 26, 1979) was the longest-running Prime Minister of Joyonghea. He also held other positions during his term such as Chancellor and Chamberlain for His Sovereign Highness and Chairman of the military junta named the National Council for the Development and the Preservation of the Sovereign Kingdom. He held his office during and after the War of Lorican Aggression.

After the ousting of Che Tonghyon during the July 14 Coup, he then was appointed Prime Minister by Muchaek on the grounds that he will cooperate with the Joyonghean monarchy in restoring the stance of the country as it was fighting Lorica and the Nanja Republic on two fronts. On this he implemented strict security measures to ensure that subversion is minimized. However, before the General Election of 1965, there were several attacks in [several Joyonghean cities], which lead him to be reelected with an overwhelming majority. There, he made the proposal to abolish the current constitution and replace it with a more highly authoritarian one named the Yushin Constitution. This gave him more power within the government, and he leveled himself up with the monarch in order to share control of the media, the military, and the Joyonghean Central Intelligence Service Organization. He then held his power until he was assassinated on October 26, 1979 at his home in the capital of Yeolcheon.

Numerous people consider him to be the greatest Prime Minister that has ever served the nation, being that he was responsible for the Miracle of the Peninsula. However, a lot of people criticize him for his authoritarian style of joint rule. This dispute makes him a highly controversial figure in Joyonghean politics and history.
