The Parliament of Monsa (Monsan: Parlamento de Monsa) is the unicameral representative body of the citizens of the Principality of Monsa. It is composed by 77 members elected by the population through universal suffrage every four years.

The Monsan legislature was created by the Constitution of 1904, which also granted the creation of the collective decision-making body of Monsa. The powers and limitation of parliamentarians are specified in the constitution that consolidates the legislature sharing certain tasks with the executive and the monarch; the parliament is capable of passing all laws through vote, calling for referenda and plebiscites, issuing motions of confidence, approving the members of the colegio, approving state's accounts and budget and others. Although the monarch has a key role in the exercise of the parliament, in practice, sovereigns has kept a merely ceremonial presence. All members of the colegio are also members of the parliament and during general elections, people vote them to be part of both bodies; parliamentarians then have the responsibility to elect the members that will compose the executive by a rule of four to three (four members from the most voted party, three members from the second most voted). The constitution of Monsa specifies that during a motion of no confidence, members of the parliament can force members of the executive or members of the legislature to resign.

The representative body is composed by the 77 members, which are further divided between 71 seats and the 5 members of the Mesa del Parlamento, composed by a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Vice Secretary. These last five members are elected at the beginning of the legislature through secret ballot and exercise this activity until the end of the legislature, although they can be elected more than once. The commission is in charge of keeping debates under the arranged terms and controlling texts and other documents of the parliament.

The current legislature is the _th Parliament and is presided by Susana Gamarra Arbeleche. The legislature is led by the Christian Democratic Party, the largest political force inside the Parliament.
