The Party of New Democracy (In Kamilistani: Partije El Yeni Demokrasi ) was a banned and very shortlived political party during the communist reign of 1976-1995

History

The PND for short was founded by Mikhali Shamazor, an underground broadcaster from the Democrats Speaks, a underground radio that was broadcasted by Anti-Communist broadcasters. Shamazor founded the New Path of Democracy or NPD, with some former Anti-Communist figures, it then was renamed as the Party of New Democracy after it gained around 500 members, the party was shortlived however, when founder Shamazor was assasinated by Kamilistan Internal Security Service or KISS spies, that was predictly sended by the communist goverment, then 2 high firgures within the parties were arrested by the authorites. With the PND having no leader, the party begen to become unstable, with some wanted to merge with the Progress Party, while some wanted to find a new leader.

After a voting, 79% of the members prefered to join the Progress Party, while the rest wanted to find a new leader. In November the 16th, 1979, Party's Council Dimitri Yurogas had annouced that the party will merge with the Progress Party for good. Members begen flogging into the Forward - Progress Party, while some into the PUA (Progresive United Alliance).
