Pashkya is the northernmost major city on the mainland of Kiyortza, and the largest in its province of Pashinkil. It hosts a decently sized port, acting as a waypoint for many ships coming in from the continent of Astariax and the nation of Solidae Aquas, similar to that of the port of Visyari, but in the west.

Peshkala has a Mediterranean-affected temperate oceanic climate, with no substantial dry season but increased rainfall during the winter months.
