The People's League is a Zitassan political party, formed in 1997 after the collapse of the Zitassan Freedom Party, originally made up of liberals who left the party soon centrists and moderate conservatives who were formerly part of the Freedom Party joined. In 2000 they were offered a spot in the Left Bloc, which was declined due to the conservatives in the party.
