Phebê Xânevaerd (/fə.be: ʃa:n.beʁ/; Gaullican: /fe.be ʃɛːn.vɛʁ/; born 22 May, 1995) is a Champanian-born Chloéois singer and songwriter. Xânevaerd rose to prominence in 2014 with the release of several covers and original songs on her [youtube] channel, and was eventually signed in early-2016 by Gaullican-based record label Encore. Since signing, she has released four studio albums, and has featured on several others.
Her debut album Guérissant was released in 2017, and achieved critical and commercial success. Xânevaerd followed up by releasing two singles in 2018, with the single Bèła topping the charts in Gaullica, Estmere, Rizealand, and several other countries. The song became the highest-rated song sun entirely in Champanian. In an interview, Xânevaerd admitted the two singles were originally supposed to be included in Guérissant, but weren't completed in time for the album's release. Her second album, Cœur released in 2020, and found much of the same success as Guérissant, peaking at the top 10 of several countries' charts. Her third album, Êrêdé, is set to release in July, 2023. The album is notable for being done entirely in Champanian, however, Xânevaerd and Encore have both assured fans that a Gaullican version would also be available.
