Platinia is a country located in South America that comprises of 23 provinces and the capital city district. In 2010, presidential system was abolished, taking place the parliamentarianism.
Climate
The geography and the climate of the country are very diversified, mostly depending on elevation and topography rather than seasons. It's warm and humid in the north, temperate in the Central region (Pampa) and cold, windy and rainy in the south. In the Andes, it predominates the cold arid climate. In the capital city, La Plata, the climate is classified as humid subtropical, with hot wet summers and cool dry winters. Most of the annual rainfall falls during spring and summer.
