Port Sistine, officially known as the Port Sistine Metropolitan Area and unofficially as Sistine, White Port or The Old Harbor is the capital city of Alexandria Territory and the most populous city in Meridon. As of 31 June 2020, the city had an estimated population of 4,614,000 across its urban area. It is the oldest European-established settlement anywhere in Meridon. It covers an estimated 11,342 square kilometers of territory. Located on the mouth of the Chapleton River as it feeds into Whitewind Bay and the Pacific Ocean, it has traditionally been one of Meridon's highest-traffic ports and is considered one of the most significant commercial, financial, and cultural locations in Meridon and Osova as a whole.

Port Sistine was first founded by European settlers who landed on the island in early 1560 as the initial colonization of the Meridonian islands was conducted. Port Sistine was among the major city-states on Alexandria island prior to the formation of the First Union. Port Sistine was an early center of democracy and elective process in Meridon, as guilds of merchants that dominated early city life often had competing interests. Port Sistine was the largest and wealthiest of the Meridonian citystates and traditionally maintained considerable naval powers. Large portions of the city were destroyed in the Nights of Fire in 1639. Port Sistine was one of the major receiving ports during the Great Displacement, and was radically transformed by the massive influx of Anglian settlers. It alongside the other Alexandrian citystates renounced its sovereignty after the First Meridonian Civil War, where it successfully repelled an attempt to capture it by Sovereigntist forces. It was heavily damaged in a fire in 1882, and suffered sporadic bombing raids in the Second World War. Following the war, Port Sistine expanded massively and gained global significance. The city was established as a major metro area in 1961. It was damaged in a 1974 storm system, and was again during a 2003 flood.

Since 1961, the Port Sistine Metro Government has administered over the city's tbd number of districts. Port Sistine hosts Meridon's largest stock exchange, the Sistine Stock Exchange, and is home to 34 of Meridon's 100 largest companies. SET 1, located in Redshore District, is the tallest building in Oceania, while the Port Sistine Harbor is Oceania's largest and busiest in terms of traffic, gross yearly tonnage and revenue.

Port Sistine is home to a large amount of significant institutions, including universities and research centers. Augustine University, Northern Alexandria Technical University, and Mayshire College are among the top colleges in Meridon. Port Sistine is primarily served by the Jeanne Arvoir International Airport, the country's second busiest airport, with secondary airports including Maxwell Executive Airfield and Hafcourt Airport. MNS Pierra Bay is the ceremonial garrison of the Meridonian Navy and houses operational aircraft and naval squadrons. It is the northern terminus for the Alexandria Rail Company's rail network. Notable districts include TBD.
