The First Era
Founding
The Founding of Solrusi begin during the Orisis Trade Era where many trade cities begin showing up in the Orisis regions.. DarkGooose, hoping to get some money out of it, established the City with a Lighthouse and Port to allow ships to enter and trade.

The Permit Policy
The Permit Policy is a policy that states that any member of Solrusi must gain a Citizen Permit to be a official Citizen. Many other permits are required for different things such as the Trading Permit and Weapons Permit.
The Sherlin Policy
The Sherlin Policy is a policy that gives ships the ability to trade with others. All merchants that are from Solrusi are required to show their trades to the Government of Solrisu for safety checks.
The Orisis Policy
The Orisis Policy is a Continent Policy that Solrisu agrees to that all Orisis Nations would be open to trade outside of war. Currently only 2 Nations agree with this policy, but Solrisu is currently speaking with other nations regarding the policy.
