The Confederate Empire of West Phoenicia commonly called West Phoenicia, is a sovereign country comprised of 53 City-states, a small number of islands and three external territories; North Cartier Island Marine Reserve, the Unicorn Isles and Christmastide Island. The nation is surrounded the Achrinian Ocean to the north and the Rochian Ocean to the south.
