The premier is chief of the executive branch and head of the union government as a whole and holds supreme and absolute power over the country. The premier is responsible and accountable to the Supreme Russa, The stratocratic military-government regime that rules over Russatrova. The premier is tasked with resolving all state administrative duties within the jurisdiction of the Soyedinennyye Russatrova Respubliki The premier manages the national economy, formulated the five-year plans and ensures socio-cultural development. The Premier is also the Supreme Commander of the Soviet Army and personally sees to all military operations. The Premier serves from the time of his appointment till his death. The current Premier is Adrian Aleksandr.
