The president of Speke (Spekean: Prezydent RS), officially the president of the Republic of Speke (Spekean: Prezydent Republiki Speku), is the head of state of Speke. Their rights and obligations are determined in the Constitution of Speke. The president heads the executive branch. In addition, the president has the right to dissolve parliament in certain cases, can veto legislation and represents Speke in the international arena.
