The prime minister of Verdusa is the head of government of Verdusa. As head of government, the prime minister coordinates the actions of ministers, represents the government of Verdusa to the other bodies of state, is accountable to parliament and keeps the president informed. Each term is three years, and there is no limit to the number of terms a person can serve as prime minister. The prime minister is appointed by the Parliament of Verdusa following legislative elections, often as a result of coalition mergers due to Verdusa's diverse power sharing between religious affiliated parties insured by the 1957 constitution.

The current Prime Minister of Verdusa is Yahya Deeb Nida, who took office on 5 March 2023.
