Proletsvet (Gruppa4)

Proletsvet refers to a union of various syndicates, communes, or tribal confederations who are apart of the greater Fifth Internationale. It is by far the largest state, by land area, having hundreds of ethnic groups and langugues within its confines. Proletsvet sees itself in opposition to the capitalistic order championed by Imperio, instead prefering internal coherence, familital and community ties, nomadism, consenus among nations, and clearly demarcated sovereignity. In this respect Proletsvet represents the "land" power of the world, a territorialzing force against the the "hot" flows ozzing out of Imperio. As such the ideological goal of Proletsvet is the eventual defeat of the sea power, and the creation of a new socialist man who can remake the cosmos.

Proletsvet's various polities have a diversity of political systems, however most of them are either based on syndicalist structures, democratic confederalism, or traditional tribal consenus bodies. These bodies mantain militas or armed forces, who are organized into the greater Proletsvet People's Liberation Forces. Within political entities there exists the Nauchnyye Goroda - autonomous research cities dedicated to the advancement of the sciences and the creation of the new man. Proletsvet's vast railroad, fiber optic, and road networks are mantained by the Technates, a Soviet democracy of technicans. Appromatiely 50% of the Proletsvet population is nomadic and lives in various encampments of prefabricaed housing or mobile homes. The country's capital is able to "float" using magnetic levitation. One of the largest projects of the Proletsvet Technates has been the Earth Reconstuction Project - a project to terraform the Earth and revive Ice Age megafauna.

Proletsvet is the major artistic and cultural hub of Gruppa4, with many new artistic movements orginiating from it. Across the whole union there exists the Proletkult, a federation of artists dedicated to the upliftment of the working class. The Proletkult manages vast networks of blimps, that play socialist music all over the country. Proletsvet distrubites and supports movements all over the world, who resist capitalism and call for self-determination. In particular Proletsvet leaders now call for the disbanding of the various colonies held by the House of Ferdinand. Many of it's perhipery states engage in piracy activites, much to the dismay of Imperio.
