The Radictistan Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Office (Radictistani: Radictistan Patent, Schutzmark, und Autorrektsamt) is a governmental body responsible for the registration and archiving of intellectual property[1] rights in the Grand Duchy of Radictistan. The RPSA is subordinate to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Radictistani law requires official registration of all patents, trademarks, and copyrights in order to receive legal protection. This includes foreign properties which are not recognized unless registered with the office. Major allegations of corruption have been levied against the RPSA concerning foreign registration.
