Ramtha Modia (c. 763 BCE – c. 681 BCE) was a Sabrian general and the younger sister of Legate Hirpinia Modia. Much like her older sister, she was a decorated and celebrated military commander, participated in all of Hirpinia’s military campaigns, and served as Praetorian of the Sabrian Senate which made her the second most powerful individual in the Sabrian Empire at the time of her sister’s rule.

Captured during the Costanza Massacre and sold into sexual slavery within the Italic Tetrarchy at the age of ten, Ramtha spent much of her childhood and teenage years as a prostitute in the Tetrarchy’s capital of Italica. She would eventually manage to escape her enslavement in 745 BCE after the Tetrarchy’s defeat at the hands of Herius Varro and her sister Hirpinia. After spending several days in the wilderness, she was eventually found by Sabrian scouts and brought to her sister’s encampment where she was brought under her sister’s protection. Despite Hirpinia’s protests, Ramtha insisted on learning how to fight and eventually became a member of Hirpinia’s elite guard.

Following the Italic Wars, Ramtha became a skilled politician and commander in her own right. She was eventually elected as the Praetorian of the Senate and accompanied Hirpinia on her conquests to unify the Cacertian Archipelago, Lirinya, and the later continental campaigns in Siduri and Eracura.
