Reina Gruening (born 03 May 1976) is a Meridonian businesswoman who is currently the chairwoman and chief executive officer of Gruening Defense Aerospace, a major defense aerospace business in Meridon. Prior to her involvement with Gruening, she served as a fighter pilot with the Meridonian Air Forces from 1997 to 2005 after graduating from the Air Forces Academy, retiring honorably at the rank of Major. She became chairwoman in 2016, replacing her older brother, Louis, in that role. She is among the wealthiest women in Meridon, with a net worth of close to $2 billion dollars.

During her time at the head of the company, Gruening expanded its defense portfolio both domestically and abroad, securing major fighter sales not only within Meridon but to countries such as Joseon and Kozakura. Gruening is known for her eccentricity and 'cavalier' approach to doing business, which has garnered criticism from domestic groups for its casual attitude towards military conflicts. She has also faced significant criticism for her personal choices, including her unusually large real estate portfolio and the highly-publicized 2006-7 divorce proceedings where her child was put into adoptive care.

Gruening was born in Katewater, Alexandria Territory.

Gruening is an avid advocate of aviation and contributes significantly to philanthropic ventures promoting aviation, especially programs aiming to increase the presence of women in aviation. She maintains a relatively extensive real estate portfolio, with properties in Helena, Mahine, Alexandria, and Taikorea territories. She has maintained a lifelong love of volleyball and is active in a number of private sports clubs.

From 2001 to 2006, Gruening was married to investment banker Charles Graceson, with whom she had a daughter, Lucia, in 2007. After their divorce, Lucia was placed for adoption. Although reportedly Gruening has kept in touch with the child, as of at least 2014 she was in an adoptive home.
