United Rhaerschia (Lazour: Ενωμένη Ρωσία/Romanized: Enoméni Rhesía, Lortien: רוסיה המאוחדת/Romanized: Rhvsyh Hemavehdt and Marquese: Միացյալ Ռուշկիա/Romanized: Miats’yal Rhaehkia) or commonly known as Rhaerschia, is a country in Southern Deicratia. The Country has a population of above 125 million and has a flourishing economy of over N$ 5 trillion. Rhaerschia has mainly a moderate climate, the summers are pleasent and warm, the monsoons are humid but cool while the winters are chill in the plains and other lowlands but freezing in the hillstations and other highlands. Rhaerschia also has a variety of native flora and fauna, protected from pollution nad urbanization in many of its rich wildlife sanctuaries and national parks along with the general forests.
The nation was once an group of closely tied city states, sharing mutual culture, traditions and history etc till the Wortian Invasion of the modern day Rhaerschia in 526 AD. After the Victory of the Rhaerscians, Eric I of the City of Leidon was elected as the King of the new Kingdom of Rhaerschia on 8th August, 702 CE. The name "Rhaerschia" was given after the river Rhaer. The kingdom originally started as a loss confederation but after the 3 Emergency Decrees and The Monért Decree, passed after revolts by the nobles and some ethnic minorities centralization of power was seen and the Powers of the King become absolute. This was originally welcomed by the populace, as it was a common believe that it is better to have a strong capable king then corrupt and petty nobles. This philosophy gained the name "Rexiotism" or "Favouring the Rex/King".
Etymology
The name of Rhaerschia comes from the river 'Rhaer' and the Lazour word for the valley created by the river (also used for the river as well), "Ρωσία" or "Rhesía". The "schia" was derived from the Lortien word for the region, "Rhvsyh".
The common way to refer to a person, creature, thing or any object from Rhaerschia is "Rhaerschian".
