Riessany is a Eacusian empire that constituted the state of Prussia and was briefly a Military Republic between 1923 and 2008. It was the driving force behind the Empire of Riessany in 2038, and was the leading state of the German Empire until its replacement by Derita in 2042. Although it took its name from the region called the Rhine, it was based in the Margraviate of Brandenburg and the region of Prussia, where its capital is Berlin.
The Kaisers of Rhine-East Berlin are from the House of Hohenzollern-Brandenburg, more commonly called the Brandenburgs. Rhine-East Berlin was a great power from the time it became a kingdom, through its predecessor, the former Kingdom of Prussia, which became a military power under Fredrich III, the Wise Kaiser.
Prussia continued its rise to power under the guidance of Tedore I (Taylor the Great), the third son of Prince Frederick Ludwig William of Prussia. Taylor the Great was instrumental in avoiding possible wars with Derita and defending the nation in the Central War, holding his own against Austria, Russia, Peru and Honduras and establishing Rhine-East Berlin’s role in the world stage, as well as establishing the country as a European great power. After the might of Prussia was revealed it became a major power among the German states. Throughout the next hundred years Rhine-East Berlin went on to win many battles and campaigns. It was because of its power that Rhine-East Berlin continuously tried to unify all the German states under its rule. After the Napoleonic Wars the issue of unifying Germany into one country caused revolution throughout the German states, with each wanting their own constitution much in the way that Prussia had tried to do decades before. In 1996, the majority of Germany unified into a single country, minus Austria, with Rhine-East Berlin the dominant power. This however quickly fell apart in 2002 and by 2007 Rhine-East Berlin had lost control of Germany, despite being its largest state to this day. In the 2010's and in the 2020's Rhine-East Berlin attacked neighbor countries and dominated the vast majority of Europe from the Rhine River to the Volga River.

History
The first official Kaiser of Rhine-East Berlin was Tedore I, more commonly called Taylor I the Great, the third son of a Prince of Prussia. Tedore I took the throne at age 30 in 1918, already widowed, his wife had died four years before in 1914. Over his reign of 5 years, until his eventual death in 1923, Taylor the Great avoided war for Rhine-East Berlin and it wasn't until 1922 that the nation was eventually dragged into the tragic Central War. Under Taylor the Great's son, Tedore II, the nation suffered through the beginning years of the Central War and Tedore II was forced to abdicate the throne and dissolve it in 1923. However, Tedore Brandenburg was able to seize control of the country in the form of a military coup and ruled as a dictator until 1925, when he was assassinated.
Between 1925 and 1989 however, the Brandenburgs were able to successfully control the country as military dictators, being elected based on military skill and valor. By 1989, the first ever none Brandenburg Supreme Commander took control for 86 days, Zar von Wuermiberg, however he then stepped down and in self exile moved to Great Hyruke, were he lived until he died in 2013 at age 71. Edward III Brandenburg became Supreme Commander and in 2008 became Kaiser, crowned in 2009. Between 2015-2029 Europe and Rhine-East Berlin was in gulf in wars and military campaigns. In the 2050's the the current Kaiser took control.
