Rikku St.Claire-O'Hara Al-Bhed: Rikku Cd. Lmyena-U'Ryny (25 October 1989) is an Al Bhed public servant and politician. She took her oath as Secretary of the Zanarkian Government Department of Industry, Innovation and Science in September 18, 2017. She is the wife of Lt. Gen. Wakka O'Hara, one of Zanarkand's foremost military figures and heroes.
