Robert Heron Starkweather (20 June 1976) is the Prime Minister of Concordia who succeeded Bertram Obama and held office from 21 March 2023. He also served as Obama's National Security Advisor before being dismissed on 15 September 2020 by the Prime Minister at that time, as well as serving as a Member of Parliament for Southern California from 3 November 2017 to 21 March 2019. Robert is a member of the Patriots' Party, a Concordian nationalist and monarchist political party known to advocate neoconservative policies, which influenced his push for preemptive war and regime change against the Autocratic East Europan Imperial Alliance.
