Roubalat (Piraean: Ρουβαλατ) is the largest dairy products producer of Piraea. It was founded in 1945 after the state's expropriation of all dairy plants in Piraea, giving birth to the Roubalat cooperative of dairy producers; it functioned under a system of monopoly during most of the past century, until the liberalisation of the market in the early 1980s.
It is headquartered in Alikianos while its social office and main plant is located in Rouvas, Sitia.
