The Royal Cuirassiers Guards is a cavalry regiment of the Imperial Vionna-Frankenlischian Army which has existed since the formation of the Brigade of Horse Guards in 1828. Originally formed as the Cuirassiers of the Guard, the regiment has seen distinguished service in many conflicts although it now fills a primarily ceremonial role. The regiment is currently stationed at Frankenlisch Castle as part of the Imperial Household Guard.
