History

Etymology

The Tale of the Rustanians first you have to know the Rus an old extinct culture Rustanian is a subgroup of the Rus came from a land that sank away the Rus landed on a peninsula and settled there and there was a native group there called the Tanians for a few generations the Rus and the Tanians formed there own culture the Rustanians they lived in peace

but the Norfolks came down the mountains and raid and killed the Rustanians the Norfolks are natives who are like Vikings soon they created a kingdom and enslaved the Rustanians for centuries the Norfolks ruled them.

Independence

but In a large Revolt against them the Norfolks were cot off guard they tried to defeat the Rustanians but lost battles after battles at the battle of New Rustania the battle lasted months until the Norfolks were defeated and won the war out of 6 million Norfolks 5.9 million of them died in the war 4 million Rustanians lost their lives while the 100,000 Norfolks left all of them were captured by a general and he killed all of them the Rustanians took their land. And the leader of this revolt was Xhevair who was a part of the Rustemi's a noble family who was rich and well respected among there people and they had a mighty army when they won the war all the men and women voted for Xhevair to be there Emperor.

The Boom

when he became emperor he enacted great reforms like economics and military reforms and social reforms after all the great achievements he was given the name the great and married noblewomen of wealth and power after more great reforms from the emperor the nation showed great things.

Modern Day

after his death, at the age of 65, he reigned for 40 years his son named Xhevair II was crowned emperor of the empire. many expect great things from him some think that he will never be like his father and even some think the empire will fall but only time can tell for the young emperor. New reforms had happened some good some not so great the senate and the council have shown worries for the emperor but he's shown great progress.

Geography

Rustanias sits in a peninsula west there's Ksaiga east across the sea there's Gomon There are mountains in the west protecting them from the western states and north there's an ocean from the north, east and south are rolling hills, mountains, Plains, Close to the ocean there's the biggest city in Rustanias called Rustania a great river runs right through the city the river is called Xhevair after the 1st emperor further north there a lake called Lake Raul after a holy warrior its the largest lake and there holiest place in Rustanias.
