SWORD Industries is a Chilokveri firearms and firearms parts manufacturer. The company is best known for its association with the Chilokveri special forces community, with SWORD Industries having originally been founded as a manufacturer of rail interface and adapter systems for the SAC Special Tasks Group's (SAC STG) AR-91 rifles and MP-66 submachine guns. They would later go onto produce their own firearms beginning with the MP-08 in 2008, and currently produce a range of small arms ranging from submachine guns to sniper rifles.
Reflecting its historical relationship with the Chilokveri military, SWORD Industries is based out of Lihkhah, Juhkdei, in close proximity to the SAC Special Tasks Group's headquarters at Pihngguk Garrison.
History
In 1994, SWORD Industries was founded by retired Huliean People's Liberation Army Special Operations Force (HPLASOF) and SAC Special Tasks Group (SAC STG) officer Choi Fakyuhn as a research and development facility for Chilokveri special forces. The company's name is an acronym for Special Warfare Operations Research and Development.
