The Salamati Presidential House terrorist attack was a failed terrorist attack planned for June 16, 1998 and discovered by the Salamati Secret Services a week prior.
The attack was aiming the president at that time, Amine Benbahlil and was planned by the AIG. The terrorists recieved the order to place bombs around the Presidential House in Dar Djamail, in the suburbs of Dar Al Hamma but a member of the AIG informed the secret services on June 5, who then informed the president who ordered the military to search for bombs, but they didn't find any.
